SPA POLICY

First Visit

Please arrive punctually to your first appointment. Upon booking, clients will receive an email containing the Intake form, which must be completed prior to the appointment.

Late Arrival

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value

Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your spa treatment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that a credit card is required for booking purposes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our scheduling policy.

Prices & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Payments

 All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, all major credit cards, we do not accept checks.

Refunds

Spa services and treatments once completed are non refundable, If treatment is purchased prior to appointment it is permissible to swap for another service of equal value if given 24 hours notice.  We are committed to assisting our guests with all their concerns.

Gift Cards and packages are non-refundable. Certificates or packages can be exchanged for other services.

Products: Unused and unopened products in original package can be requested for refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

Quiet Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.

Provider-Patient Relationship

We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Full Disclosure

Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. And if you have any questions at any time, please ask. We’re here to help!

No-Child Policy

At Renew Aesthetics, we prioritize creating a serene and tranquil environment for all our guests. In line with our commitment to providing a relaxing experience for everyone, we have implemented a no-child policy within our spa facilities. While we appreciate and value families, we kindly request that only adults over the age of 18 visit our spa to maintain the peaceful ambiance for all our guests. We believe this policy will contribute to a more enjoyable and rejuvenating experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
